SIMPLE - go to www.Discounts4U.com for a list of all participating businesses and services provided. Follow these steps for purchase:
- Click blue "Details" Button
- Select a date from the calendar on the right (does not have to be specific date of use)
- A blue box will appear, click "Book Now" or "Purchase Now" Button
- Select Gift Certificate/Card amount and quantity - click "Purchase Now" Button (bottom-right)
- Enter Contact Information - click "Submit"
- Enter Credit Card information - read and check the "I Agree to Terms and Conditions" - click "Complete Purchase" Button
- A printable receipt and voucher will be generated and emailed to you. Print and retain for your records.
- Your Gift Card or Gift Certificate will be delivered within 24hrs, to the business of origin.
- SAME DAY DELIVERY: If you would like your Gift Card/Gift Certificate delivered and available on the same day as purchased, you MUST call BAM GROUP LLC Corp Office at (843) 224-3261 to confirm.
QUESTION:
If I buy a gift certificate today can I use it today?
ANSWER:
YES - purchase your gift certificate/gift card today and use it today, we deliver at NO charge.
QUESTION:
With other sites I have to wait 7-10 days for delivery, or I have to drive to a radio station and wait in line, how does Discounts4U.com differ?
ANSWER:
We can typically deliver your gift certificate/gift card within three (3) hours, however we guarantee 24 hour delivery. Just call our office to confirm same day delivery.
QUESTION: Does Discounts4U.com for charge a handling, processing, shipping or delivery fee?
ANSWER: NO - 50% off means 50% off! Some sites charge $3 to $12 for shipping for delivery. Some charge $2.00 just to process your order....DISCOUNTS4U.com does NOT charge for delivery, shipping or handling.

YES. You control the amount of the gift cards and how many are sold.
QUESTION:
Do we have to provide a discount for our services to participate as a supplier in the Discounts4U.com Program?
ANSWER:
YES. The minimum discount required is 50% off, however, we do sometimes allow a 30% Discount these are case-by-case and must be approved by management, our standard discount is 50% off.
QUESTION:
If we provide $5,000 worth of gift certificates (in $50 increments) what do we get?
ANSWER:

What are the advantages of using Discounts4U.com versus other discount sites?

- Discounts4U.com will deliver gift certificates/gift cards within 3 to 24hrs.
- Some other companies/websites use third-party fulfillment centers who are sometimes based in the Midwest and it takes 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
- Discounts4U.com will allow paid participating members to use our system as a purchasing portal / shopping cart for their business and website for (1) year. Some of our clients use companies like Zerve for this service and are charged a 10% processing fee per purchase. For paid participating members BAM GROUP LLC only charges a 6% processing fee per purchase.
- If a supplier goes out of business after a gift card/gift certificate is sold we will allow the purchaser to exchange it for a valid gift card from another participating business within the same industry.
- Competitors will not allow a purchaser to exchange gift cards/gift certificates for defunct businesses. The purchaser is STUCK with no way of getting their money back.
- Discounts4U.com is a local company and annually sponsors great local events like the St. Andrews Scholarship Golf Tournament, The SC Recreation and Parks Association Annual Golf Tourney and many more.
- Discounts4U.com provides strategic radio campaigns with premium radio advertising spots throughout the day/week. Campaigns typically run from Monday to Saturday.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from the Discounts4U.com (a BAM GROUP LLC subsidiary) website are hand-delivered to the business for which the gift certificate/gift card is purchased. Once you complete your purchase a voucher will be provided and you will receive an email with your receipt and a copy of your voucher. In some cases, the voucher provided at the conclusion of your purchase will serve as your gift certificate, and in some cases your voucher will serve as your receipt of purchase and will need to be submitted for the actual gift certificate/gift card.
LOST OR STOLEN
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates once you take possession.
CLOSED ESTABLISHMENTS
Discounts4U.com (a BAM GROUP LLC subsidiary) and its websites offer third party gift certificates or gift cards. Neither BAM GROUP LLC nor Discounts4U.com are responsible if an establishment closes after a purchase is made. However, if a participating business closes within 30 days of your purchase we will allow the purchaser (gift certificate/gift card holder) to select a gift certificate/gift card from another company within our system to make up for the "defunct business" gift certificate.
FULFILLMENT
Fulfillment of the product purchases made on this site will be made by a Discounts4U.com (a BAM GROUP LLC subsidiary) employee.
PRODUCT ORDERS
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We provide same day delivery (within 3 hours) in Charleston, SC when resources are available. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours in Charleston, SC. Please call our office to ensure a 3 hour delivery.

We request information from the user on our online order form. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user ONLY.
